Pallone has been winning the hearts of design lovers for thirty-five years. To celebrate this anniversary, Leolux has created a new spin on the collection: the first series with a seat upholstered in fabric rather than leather.
Pallone Soft Seasons
Soft Seasons is the first Pallone series with a fabric seat – and not just any fabric, but Robou, a gorgeous and endlessly characterful textured bouclé. This unique and wonderfully soft material was selected by Leolux art directors Studio Truly Truly.
With each variant of Pallone Soft Seasons, the backrest is finished in leather. If you choose Flavour of Fall or Dawn of Day, it is the soft grain leather Ceras. The other versions are in Senso, the most popular leather in our collection. Both materials give a wonderfully refined feel and create a nice contrast to the billowed softness of the seat.
The seat is not the only innovation in this new Pallone chair: we’ve also introduced a new foot design. As well as the existing ‘Classic’ feet (with the black footcaps), Pallone is now also available with the subtle and elegant ‘Novo’ feet.
The house of the future
Pallone made its debut in the collection a year later, and over the next three and a half decades, the armchair became a firm favourite. It was a veritable chameleon, available both in jazzy multicoloured versions and more muted single hues, and in various sizes. There has also been a two-seater version and themed editions such as Pallone Limited, Pallone Family, Pallone Paradise, and now Pallone Soft Seasons.
